Turn features on and off
Extra features for special kinds of work — stock, bidding, design registrations, EDI and more — are switched on only when your agency uses them.
How do I turn Linekto features on or off for my agency?
- The owner opens Setup › Turn features on.
- Each switch covers a whole area of work, not a single screen. Tick what your agency does and untick what it does not, then save.
- A feature that is off disappears from the menu and its screens close for everyone in the office — not just for you.
- Turn it back on and everything comes back exactly as it was.
Good to know
- Switching a feature off only hides it. No data is deleted.
- Core work — invoices, payments, customers, statements — has no switch. It is always there.

Linekto has extra features for special kinds of work. You only switch on what your agency uses. Say you keep some stock of your own. It lives under Orders → Stock.
Add a line: a Cutler part the manufacturer left with us on consignment. Save it. There it is on the stock list. Now suppose you stopped holding stock.
The owner turns it off under Setup. Each switch is a whole area of work, not a single screen. Untick 'Stock you actually own' and save. Look at the Orders group — Stock is gone from the menu.
The Stock screen is closed too, for everyone in the office — not just hidden for you. Changed your mind? Turn it back on. Stock is back in the menu.
And nothing was lost — the consignment line we added is still here. Switching a feature off only hides it. Your data waits for you until you turn it back on.
