Dashboard and rep standings
The dashboard tells you how far along the agency is this month. Rep standings compare people over any dates you choose.
How do I see how the agency and each rep are doing this month?
- The dashboard compares this month with the same month last year and the year so far. Right now shows balances: money owed, orders not shipped, deals in the pipeline.
- Below are three years of sales month by month and progress against this year's target.
- On Rep standings, pick dates to see who sold what and what each rep earned. Inside one year you also see each rep against their target.
- Excel downloads exactly the rows you are looking at.

- Every change is written as a number with a sign, so you never have to read it from a colour.

The dashboard answers one question: this month, how far along are we? The top table is the flow — this month against last year's same month, and the year so far. Each change is written as a number with a sign, so you never have to guess from a colour. 'Right now' holds balances — money owed, orders not shipped, deals in the pipeline.
Balances belong to today, so they have no 'same month last year'. Below, three years of sales month by month, so a slow month stands out. And how the whole agency is doing against this year's target. The dashboard is the same for everyone in the office.
To compare people, open Rep standings. With no dates, this is all time: who sold what, and what each rep has earned. Let's narrow it to the first half of this year. The numbers are now January to June only.
Credit counts toward targets; payable is each rep's cut. Because both dates sit inside one year, you also see each rep against their target. Now switch to the summer months and compare. Same reps, a different quarter — see who picked up and who slowed down.
The totals line adds everyone up for the dates you chose. Excel downloads exactly the rows you are looking at, dates and all. Check the dashboard for the agency, and standings to see each rep's part in it.
